Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: This is a full time employment role, with 5 days from the office the first 6 months and Hybrid – 4 days from the office after probation.

For one of our most successful brands we are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to help us grow and scale paid traffic for successful product, a direct advertiser working across CPL, CPS, and RevShare models.

This is not an “account babysitting” role. You won’t be sending check-in emails and chasing invoices. This is a hands-on, commercial role focused on buying traffic, testing fast, optimizing hard, and scaling what works.

We are open to speak with Sales / Affiliate managers coming from any vertical and we will introduce you to the right partners, and help you get up to speed with our industry. What matters most is that you understand traffic, numbers, and profitability and you’re comfortable making fast decisions based on data.

What you’ll actually be doing

  • Buying and scaling traffic across CPL, CPS, and RevShare Testing new traffic sources, geos, niches, and formats 
  • Quickly evaluating traffic quality and cutting what doesn’t perform 
  • Structuring commercial deals with affiliates and partners 
  • Working closely with BI, product, and monetisation teams to spot opportunities 
  • Optimising campaigns and partner performance daily 
  • Protecting margin while increasing volume 
  • Finding new partners and traffic sources not just managing existing ones 
  • Attending key affiliate and industry conferences (roughly quarterly, sometimes more) 
  • Success in this role = profitable volume growth, fast optimisation, and smart commercial decisions. 

You’ll likely do well here if you

  • Have strong experience in Dating, iGaming, Adult, Crypto, Forex, or similar performance verticals 
  • Know how to judge traffic quality quickly 
  • Are comfortable managing multiple pricing models at once 
  • Think in ROI, margins, and volume not just clicks and leads 
  • Like testing fast and adjusting faster 
  • Don’t wait for perfect data before making a move 
  • Can work independently and own your numbers 
  • Communicate clearly and directly 

Tools & platforms

No strict platform checklist, if you understand performance data, you’ll adapt quickly. Experience with affiliate tracking platforms like Everflow, HasOffers, or similar is helpful but not required.
