Revenue Operations Manager (Performance Traffic)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: Full on site for the first 6 months, then hybrid with 4 days per week from the office.

We are looking for a Traffic Performance Analyst who can help turn data into better traffic decisions. Someone who combines analytical depth with commercial instinct, and who wants to understand not only what performs, but why it performs.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to the commercial team, challenging assumptions with data, improving how traffic is bought and monetised, and helping the business scale with more structure, clarity and control.

Your insights will directly influence where we scale, where we optimise, and where we stop.

Role Overview

As Traffic Performance Analyst, you will work closely with Affiliate Managers, leadership and our Power BI team to understand which traffic performs, which traffic does not, and why.

Working closely with Affiliate Managers and leadership, the Traffic Performance Analyst owns the analytical layer behind margin performance, optimisation strategy, offer configuration and system logic. While Affiliate Managers focus on relationships and volume growth, this role ensures that growth translates into sustainable profit.

You will analyse traffic quality, conversion funnels, landing pages, ads, offers, payouts, margins and partner performance. Based on your findings, you will advise the team on where to scale, where to optimise and where to stop.

You enjoy turning performance data into clear commercial direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse traffic performance across geos, partners, sources and offers
  • Advise the team on traffic buying decisions
  • Identify which traffic should be scaled, improved or stopped
  • Analyse EPC, CR, ROI, payout, revenue, cost and margin
  • Investigate why performance changes, improves or drops
  • Apply hypothesis driven optimisation to test assumptions
  • Analyse conversion funnels, landing pages, creatives and user flows
  • Use behavioural insights to understand user intent and traffic quality
  • Build and improve structured reporting and dashboards
  • Translate complex data into actionable commercial insights
  • Work closely with the Affiliate Management and Power BI teams
  • Support offer setup, payouts, caps, routing and cascade logic

Success in This Role

In the first 3 to 6 months, success means:

  • The team makes better traffic buying decisions
  • Strong traffic is scaled faster
  • EPC, CR and payout discipline improve
  • Reporting becomes more structured and actionable
  • Performance meetings become more focused and data driven

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in a data driven commercial, analytical or performance role
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, iGaming, lead generation or similar environments
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, Power BI or similar tools is a strong plus
  • Experience analysing traffic, funnels, offers or campaign performance data
